Agrawal Order On Board 08/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that that in spite of award dated 18.07.2016 passed by respondent No.3 in favour of the petitioner, no compensation has been paid to the petitioner in lieu of acquisition of his land till date. The petitioner has also preferred several representations to the respondent No.2-National Highway Authorities of India, but it has not been considered till date. Therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities for disbursing the compensation amount to the petitioner expeditiously. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-National Highway Authorities of India is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation qua his land strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
