After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also seeks liberty to file appeal before the Court of District Judge to seek remedy against the impugned

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and 2 has no objection. 3.
On the basis of the submissions so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed and disposed off as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order, as the remedy is available under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of C.P.C. 4.
The learned Court concerned is also directed to consider and decide the application filed, if any, on urgent basis even during the pandemic situation, in accordance with the directions issued by the High Court to deal with urgent matters.
