1. This is a second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested on 4-22016 in connection with crime No.22 of 2016 registered at Police Station Kota, District Bilaspur (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 34 (2) of the CG Excise Act.

2. After considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, first bail application was dismissed on merit vide order dated 9-3-2016 passed by this Court.

3. I do not find any changed circumstances in the second bail application.

4. Accordingly, the second bail application is also liable to be and is hereby rejected.
