Since both the bail applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2.

The applicants have preferred the third bail applications under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.157/2020, registered at Police Station D.D. Nagar, District: Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

In a fight, which broke out between the applicants and injured Gajadhar Sahu, they inflicted repeated knife blows over his abdomen causing four stab wounds.

The first bail applications were dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the injured and the second bail applications were dismissed again as the same were preferred when the injured was yet to be examined.

At present, the injured has been examined and his deposition has been filed as Annexure A-4.

The injured has not supported the prosecution case. He has denied that these applicants have inflicted injuries on him.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. 8.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case and for the fact that the applicants are in jail since 07-05-2020 and also the injured has already been examined, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
