1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the permanent stage carriage was issued in favour of the petitioner on 08.01.2021 vide Annexure P-2 from route Kukurgaon, Lailunga, Milupara, Raigarh and one trip back. It is contended that though the order have been passed on 08.01.2021 however the permit has not been issued which are issued pursuant to the orders passed by the Regional Transport Authority (Respondent No. 2), therefore he prays that permit may be issued to the petitioenr so that the order dated 08.01.2021 becomes fruitful.

2. Without entering into the merits of the case and after going through the contents of Annexure P-2, Respondent No. 2 is directed to issue the permit to the petitioner within a further period of 30 days pursuant to order dated 08.01.2021, if it has not been otherwise set aside or amended. 3.
