(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 432/2015 registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar, District: Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offences, facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which applicant has obtained Rs.9,50,000/- from the complainant for

getting compensation against the land of complainant's father and the evidence available in the case diary; I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
