(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 303/2015 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Bilaspur; District (Revenue & Civil)- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 454 & 380 of Indian Penal Code. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offences, facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which on 9.11.2015 applicant stolen T.V., L.E.D., D.V.D. cash of ₹

20,000/- and gold & silver ornaments from the house of complainant -Anju Upadhyaya and consequent recovery from his possession and further taking into account the criminal antecedents of the applicant; I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
