(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 241/2015 registered at Police Station Urla, District Raipur for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324 & 201 of Indian Penal Code.
(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking into consideration the nature & gravity of the offences, facts & circumstances of the case and the manner in which applicant is said to have murdered his wife by sharp edged weapon and consequent recovery of the weapon, which was
used in the offence in question, pursuant to his memorandum, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected.
