Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach to the Commissioner against the order of Collector dated 27.11.2017. (2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach to the Commissioner against the order of Collector dated 27.11.2017 for redressal of his grievances. (3) Permission is granted, as prayed for.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No order as to costs.
