Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move an application before the appropriate Court as per liberty granted by Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (Criminal) No. 6587/2015 decided on 11.9.2015 filed by the applicant.

2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. No order as to costs.
