1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.489/2015, registered at Police Station Jamul, Bhilai, Distt. Durg for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 450 and 333 of the IPC.

2. After hearing counsel for the parties, considering the fact that on 1910-2015 the applicant entered into the Office of Municipal Council, Jamul and assaulted the President of the Municipal Council by a sharp-edged weapon by which he suffered grievous injuries on his chest, and the material available on record, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
