Since the aforesaid three bail applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order.

These are the first bail applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.286/2015, registered at Police Station-City Kotwali, Raipur, Distt. Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 379/34 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the manner in which the applicants along with co-accused have stolen the gold ornaments from the shop of Mahavir Jwellers and consequent recovery from the possession of the present applicants, I do not find any ground for grant of regular bail to the applicants. Consequently, the bail applications are rejected.
