The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0/2020, registered at Anti Corruption Bureau, Branch Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Amendment Act, 2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move an application under Section 167 of CrpC.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
