The petitioner has claimed that she is entitled to payment of salary in respect of the period from the date of transfer order till the date it is cancelled.

The petitioner has filed this petition without preferring any representation.

Let the representation be filed before respondent No.3. If such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.3 within a period of 45 days. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

In case the petitioner is still aggrieved, her remedy would be to file appeal under the Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
