The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.29/2020, registered at Police Station Jamul, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 & 471 read with Section 34 of IPC, Section 12 (1) (B) of the Indian Passport Act, 1967 and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, 1946.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
