The First Bail Application i.e. MCRC 1198/2021 was dismissed as withdrawn on 25/06/2021.

3) The applicant is arrested on 23/01/2021 in connection with Crime No. 21/2021 registered at Police Station Palari, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 376 & 511 of Indian Penal Code.

4) Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 5) Accordingly, the Second Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
