1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation for grant of additional increments in light of the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of A.K. Kesharwani v. State of C.G. and others (W.P.No.4486/2005), decided on 9-3-2010.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before respondent No.3 along with a copy of the decision rendered by this Court on 9-3-2010 in W.P.No.4486/2005 and in turn, respondent No.3 would consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
