1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on

11.04.2020 in connection with Crime No.59/2020 registered at Police Station Khamardih, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Section 21(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Section 34(2) of the Excise Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

3. First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits on 09.06.2020.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected.
