This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of

regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 251/2015, registered at Police Station Baloda District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 392, 397, 34 of IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case; nature and gravity of offence; the manner in which, applicants robbed the complainant and looted cell phone, cash & diesel from his vehicle and consequent recovery from the possession of the applicants, this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
