This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 64/2016, registered at Police Station-Bilha, Distt. Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections454 and 380 of the IPC. 2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the manner in which on 13.3.2016 the applicant has stolen 25000/- cash and paddy amounting to ₹ 1000/- and consequent recovery from the possession of the present ₹ applicant, I do not find any ground for grant of regular bail to the applicant.
