Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that huge sum of amount of Rs. 39,00,000/- for the purchase of shop is lying with the respondent No. 2- Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur which has not been paid to the petitioner till date. Therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to release the amount of the petitioner forthwith. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondent No. 2 for the release of the said amount and, in turn, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the

date of filing of representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
