This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.49/16, registered at Police Station Dabhara Civil & Revenue District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 370(4)/34 of I.P.C. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file bail application after examination of material prosecution witnesses.
