1. This petition has been brought seeking issuance of direction to the Court of Fourth Additional District Judge, Raipur.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is decree holder in the Civil Suit No.119A/1982. The respondent has filed appeal against that judgment and decree, which is registered as Civil Appeal No.116 of 2019. So far the appeal filed is pending, therefore, petitioner seeks direction by this Court for expeditious decision of the appeal.

3. The petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The learned appellate Court is directed to consider and decide the appeal against this present petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
