The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as she has been arrested in connection with Crime No.434/2020, registered at Police Station Sarangarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 456, 324 & 307 of IPC.

The applicant is Devrani, whereas the complainant is her Jethani. They reside in the same house. On account of difference in their life style, the applicant alleged that the complainant and her husband are enjoying the property, therefore, for grabbing the property, the applicant attempted on the life of her Jethani and
Jeth by causing injuries over their neck by means of razor blade. 3.
The case diary further reveals that the injured persons have sustained muscle deep incised wound and were discharged from hospital after 4 days of the incident.

Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Considering that the parties are members of the same family and for the fact that the applicant, a lady aged about 25 years, is in jail since 16.07.2020 and the charge sheet has already been filed, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
