1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier first bail application was rejected by this Court on 18/01/2019 in MCRC No.9924/2018.

2. Perused the case diary provided by the learned counsel for the State in connection with the Crime No.404/2018 registered at Police Station Vidhansabha Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 307-A of IPC and Section 3,4,5, 6 of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act and Section 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act.

3. Case of the prosecution, in brief is that co-accused Manish Chandwani had called complainant for doing domestic works in houses. She reached Raipur on 24/10/2018 thereafter applicant

and said co-accused compelled her for prostitution. They used to give her threatening that if she will not do prostitution, then they will defame her and viral the information in net.

4. Counsel for the applicant drew my attention on some paragraphs of photocopy of statement of PW-4 Kanhaiya Shah, which is the part of bail application and requested that applicant may be released on bail.

5. On the other hand, counsel for the State opposes the bail application. He further submits that no criminal antecedents against the applicant.

6. There is no change in the circumstances of the case on strength of which the applicant be released on bail. Consequently second bail application is rejected.
