By the impugned order dated 23.11.2015, respondent No. 4- Tahsildar, District- Bilaspur has passed an order for mutation of name of the mother of the petitioners in the Revenue Case No. 18-A-6A/2015-2016, being aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners.

Mr. Arvind Dubey, learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the order of Tahsildar dated 23.11.2015 is appealable before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) / Collector, District - Bilaspur.

At this stage, Mr. Baig, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order of the Tahsildar before the Appellate Authority or Revisional Authority.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 6.
