2. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on

05.01.2020 in connection with Crime No.174/2019 registered at Police Station Pandariay, Civil & Revenue, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 376 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. Second bail application of the applicant has been rejected on 09.07.2020.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application. Accordingly, third bail application is also rejected.
