Since, CRA No.771/2021 has been preferred by engaging a counsel of appellant's choice and the said appeal has been preferred prior in point of time, the subsequent appeal i.e. CRA No.794/2021 preferred through High Court Legal Services Committee does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, CRA No.794/2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.

Post the CRA No.771/2021 after three weeks.
