This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities for grant of payment regarding construction amount which is not being paid to the petitioner till date. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Janpad Panchayat, Sakti for redressal of his grievance and as such, the writ petition cannot be entertained. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
