1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.178/2019 registered in Police Station Basantpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has committed murder of his grandfather Amar Singh which was witnessed by his own mother Mankunwar and other eyewitnesses.

3. Considering the eyewitnesses account of the incident available in the
