This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2015, registered at Police Station-BalrampurRamanujganj (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 376 and 506 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the manner in which the applicant is said to have been committed sexual intercourse with the minor prosecutrix on 7.11.2015, I do not find any ground for grant of regular bail to the applicant. Consequently, bail application is rejected.
