Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has passed the B.Ed and M.Ed examination from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith in the year 2013 and 2014 respectively but till date the same has not been entered into the service book record of the petitioner by respondent No. 2 for which she has also made several representations before the respondent No. 2 but to no avail, feeling aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for entering her qualifications in the service book record within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to cost(s).
