Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 13/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint against respondent No.5-Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Dabhra before the State Government, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to decide the complaint of the petitioner expeditiously after hearing the parties from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
