Agrawal Order On Board 09/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to file an appeal before the first appellate authority-Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur for redressal of his grievances within a period of 30 days from today. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to file an appeal before the first appellate authority-Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur for redresssal of his grievances within a period of 30 days from today. If such the appeal is filed by the petitioner before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt

of appeal.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
