Agrawal Order On Board 13/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make application for urgent hearing of the case before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raipur. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make application before the Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog, Raiur for urgent hearing of the case. If such application is filed by the petitioner before the Chhatisgarh Lok Ayog, in that event Chhattisgarh Lok Ayog shall consider and decide the application for urgent hearing expeditiously.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
