Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that they have filed a complaint before the respondent No. 2- Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Mungeli on 05.09.2017 for initiating action against respondents No. 5 and 6 regarding embezzlement of funds but till date it has not been considered and decided.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 1 and 2 are directed to consider and decide the petitioners' complaint expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
