1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.22/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Jagdalpur, District Jagdalpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 493, 370, 109 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
