This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier the anticipatory bail application of the present applicant was rejected on 16.04.2015 upon consideration of material on record and the case diary.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the second application for grant of anticipatory bail has been moved only with the limited prayer to direct the Court below to consider application for grant of regular bail on the same day in view of the fact that one of the coaccused has already been granted regular bail and the other accused have been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the prayer, the anticipatory bail application is rejected with the observation that in case, the applicant surrenders and
