Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is claiming an additional royalty amount by making representations before respondent authorities who are not considering and deciding the same, therefore directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 5 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
