Agrawal Order On Board 15/12/2017 (1) The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has moved an application for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Ambikapur to Ramanujnagar and back one return trip daily on 16.08.2017, the application remained pending without any decision.

(2) On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties. (3) In view of the above, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receit of certified copy of this order.
