1. The present writ petition seems to be the non-processing of the claims put-forth by the petitioner to the respondents in-respect-of certain construction which was carried out by him.

2. The counsel for the respondents submits that perhaps from the pleadings available with the petition, there does not seem to be noncompletion certificate of the work provided to the petitioner, without which processing of the bills cannot be done.

3. Be that as it may, as the grievance of the petitioner arises out of a contractual obligation between the petitioner and the respondents

-2ends of justice would meet, if the petitioner is directed to approach the Respondent No. 1 for redressal of his grievance in-respect-of the non-settlement of his claims in-accordance with the agreement that was entered into between the parties.

4. Reserving the right of the parties to avail appropriate remedies as provided in the agreement/contract, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
