This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 18.05.2016 (Annexure- P/1) placing the petitioner under suspension. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to make representation before the competent authority for revocation of the suspension order in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India and Others 1 .
