Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 02.09.2020 Heard.

1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner while was posted at Govt. Middle School, Bhadiya, Jashpur has not been paid the salary for the period July 2017 to September 2018 for which a representation before the Collector was made on 09.10.2018, however the same has not been decided till date and the same may be directed to be decided.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make afresh representation to the Respondents No. 4 & 5, within a period of 4 weeks from today and if such representation is filed it is directed that Respondent No. 4 & 5 shall decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
