1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

2. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed by this Court on 19.02.2019 in MCRC No. 1209 of 2019.

3. Counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw this bail petition. He further submits that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly the present bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible preferably within 40 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
