Agrawal Order On Board 04/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of incorrect date of birth of the petitioner, he has retired from the service on 31.12.2017 by the respondent authorities whereas as per service record of the petitioner, he will be retired on 02.12.2022, hence this petition.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-SECL would submit that the petitioner has rightly retired from the service and support the impugned order.

(3) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and persued the impugned order with utmost circumspection.

(4) Be that as it may, the case is referred to the Age Determination Committee of the respondent-SECL, who shall consider and decide the correct age of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
