The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation dated

28.08.2017 for grant of Special Piece Rate Allowance in the light of National Coal Wage Agreement, which is still pending for consideration before the respondent authorities till this date. 2.

The petitioner is working as a Mechanical Fitter Category-II and posted at Churcha Mines (RO).

Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner as early as possible. 4.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2017 expeditiously preferably within a period of 75 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to law and procedure.
