Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's complaint has been inquired by Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kawardha and since no substance has been found in his complaint, the SDO (R) has passed an order dated 25.09.2017 rejecting the said complaint. Being dissatisfied with the order of SDO (R), this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make additional complaint before the Collector, Kawardha who, in turn, shall consider and look into the matter and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
