The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation seeking for change of place of posting of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner while working on the post of Supervisor was suspended from service vide order dated 10.09.2020. At the time of suspension, the petitioner was working at the office of Integrated Child Development Project, Durg. Subsequently, vide the order dated 12.07.2021 the suspension order has been revoked and the petitioner has been given posting at Basna, District Mahasamund.

According to the petitioner, it is this change of posting which is a matter of concern for the petitioner for the reason that the Husband of the petitioner is presently posted as a Patwari at Mandir Hasaud, Tehsil Arang, District Raipur. Therefore, she should be accommodated either at District Raipur, District Durg or a place close by so that the family can stay together. 4.

Considering the fact that the issues of place of posting and tenure of posting of an employee are exclusively within the domain of the employer concerned and if at all if the employee is aggrieved of any decision, the only recourse available is to make a suitable representation in this regard which the authorities may decide on its own merits. 5.

Accordingly, the present writ petition as of now stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a representation before the authorities concerned so far as her request for change of posting is concerned and upon such fresh representation, if any, being made, the authorities may consider and decide the same on its own merits preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
