This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 95/2013 registered at Police Station Shankargarh, District- Balrampur, Ramanujganj (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 370, 367, 366, 376, 120-B R/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After dismissal of two bail applications of the applicant on merit, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
