2. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 20.07.2021 sent by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, District Durg (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case.
3. On 25.09.2019 in the case of the petitioners passed in CRR No. 1086/2019 this Court had issued a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial of main petition within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has said that the trial has not been concluded within the prescribed time limit on account of Lockdown and prayed for further time for concluding the trial.
4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, three months further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
